GE radiators in the stationary version
are suitable mostly
for operation in electric heating systems with central control
provided with the programmable temperature regulator. The switch in the regulator is used for connecting the entire heating set. The knob sets the desired temperature. Comparing the temperature in the room with that set with the knob, the radiator decides when to switch on and off heating and maintains constant temperature in the room in the range of 8-26°C. |

GE-10 and GE-20 portable radiators are dedicated for additional heating in rooms, which can also be used as local heating sets. Highly developed surface for heat exchange, with the properly chosen radiator power, gives low surface load, on one hand guaranteeing long life and relatively low touch temperature of external surfaces of the device, on the other hand offering the proper temperature of outlet air. GE radiators are completely resistant against water and are splash-tight. For approximate calculations, usually the following parameters are taken: - 20 W/m3 - for very well insulated buildings (timber structure) - 30 W/m3 - for objects with good-quality windows with compact glazing and ceramic walls with 6-8 cm foamed polystyrene insulation - 40 W/m3 - for objects with stable thermal insulation - 50 W/m3 - for the so-called old structures. |
